About Carl Heath
Carl Heath is a doctoral student at the Department of Applied IT and works at RISE - Research Institutes of Sweden as a senior researcher and focus leader for digital resilience, where he engages in applied research related to issues concerning society's digital structural transformation. Carl is part of the doctoral program for digital governance at the Swedish Center for Digital Innovation (SCDI), where his research is focused on exploring and understanding the significance of leadership and political organization in the context of renewal and transformation of the public sector.
