About Karin Rickardsson

Karin Rickardsson is a graduate of Balettakademien in Gothenburg, Dance New Amsterdam in New York and at the University 91̽»¨ and she has worked for many years as a professional dancer in various theaters around Sweden. She is a licensed dance teacher for upper secondary school and currently works at both Hulebäcksgymnasiet in Mölnlycke and at the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg.

At the Academy of Music and Drama, Karin is Programme Supervisor for the Bachelor's Programme in Musical Theatre and for the Teacher Education Programme in Dance. Karin teaches jazz dance, contemporary dance, classical ballet and dance didactics and she is also supervising and choreographing artistic projects.
