About Michael Norlind
Michael Norlind (M) received his artistic training from Sören Larsson who, after his years with Jerzy Grotowski in Wroclaw, continued to work with the physical theater under the name ‘Kroppens poesi’ (poetry of the body).
M. runs Scenstudion Gerlesborg - a meeting place and a platform for investigating the expression and possibilities of the theatre. M. is the artistic director of Gerlesborg's theater laboratory which, via the method ‘Scenkonstens hantverk och poesi’ ('Crafts and poetry of the performing art'), focuses on creating the conditions to give poetry the opportunity to arise.
Michael is a senior lecturer at the Department of music and drama, University 91̽»¨; where he teaches acting; focus on movement and physical appearance.
