Erik Andersson
About Erik Andersson
Andersson has a Ph D in education. He has worked as a teacher in secondary school and has for a long time been working in different types of teacher education programs. At the moment he is involved in the principal education program, master program in education and in research education programs. Andersson is associate professor in education (docent).
Anderssons research is directed towards school improvement, pedagogical leadership and collegial learning with a specific focus on students democratic participation in these processes. Theoretically he is influenced by agonism and pragmatism, building on the works of John Dewey, Hannah Arendt and Chantal Mouffe, and complexity theory/thinking.
