About Forugh Vazirisani

Forugh Vazirisani has graduated in medical laboratory science, earning a licentiate degree in Microbiology at Gothenburg University. She received her PhD at University 91Ě˝»¨, Institute of Odontology in 2008 with the thesis "Molecular and cellular control of palate development in the mouse". She has currently a post-doc position at the Department of Biomaterials.

Research interests: •Characterization of Bacterial membranevesicles •Interaction between cells with special focus on membranevesicles •Functional effect of membranevesicles on immunecells
