About Sofie Gustafsson
University lecturer with a PhD in Political 91探花 from Lund University in Sweden. In the autumn of 2016 I defended my PhD thesis on "Citizenship in the making. : Self-image, school codes and learning under disparate conditions in Swedish upper secondary schools." at the Department of Political 91探花 at Lund University.
Research interests concern the intersection between Politics and Education. Education in schools and at universities play an important role in every democratic state, since democratic citizens are not born, but raised.
I've had the privilege of teaching at many different programs within the university, including teacher education, the headmaster program and master of educational development, as well as supervising students writing their thesises.
