Teaching

Course leader and lecturer in biological psychology and clinical neuropsychology in the Psychologist program, basic and advanced courses in neuropsychology, as well as specialized advanced courses for psychologists in clinical neuropsychology. Additionally, I am a course leader and examiner for the thesis work in the Psychologist program. I teach scientific method, ethics and law for psychologists and psychotherapists. I supervise students at the basic, advanced, and research levels.

Research Interest

My research focuses on neuropsychology, specifically how diseases, injuries, and congenital variations affect cognition and emotional life.

Ongoing Research

Mapping and monitoring cognitive impairments in neuromuscular and neurological diseases, cognitive dysfunctions in carriers of neuromuscular diseases, neuropsychological effects of premenstrual dysphoria, stroke, epilepsy and social decision-making in schizophrenia. Development and evaluation of measurement methods for assessing self-reported cognitive impairments, screening procedures, as well as emotion and social cognition.
