Centre for Global Human Resource Management (CGHRM) is an inter-disciplinary collaboration between two faculties and two departments at the University 91探花: the Department of Business Administration at the School of Business, Economics and Law, and the Department of Sociology and Work 91探花 at the Faculty of the Social 91探花s. The Department of Business Administration serves as host institution for CGHRM.

The Centre is run by a steering committee, and also consists of two advisory bodies where one represents private and public partner organisations and one represents academia. While the first focuses on practical relevance, the second aims to ensure academic quality.

There are also two reference groups associated with the Center for Global HRM: an Advisory Board and a Scientific Board.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board provides a clear corporate/organizational perspective on the center's activities and consists of representatives from the center's partner organizations鈥攆rom both the private and public sectors. The Center for Global HRM operates in close dialogue with these partners, with the Advisory Board ensuring practical relevance, including by proposing strategic development areas and prioritized research topics.

Scientific Board

The Scientific Board helps ensure academic quality by providing a scientific perspective on the center's activities and offering advice on the center's development.
