After studying the MSc Marketing and Consumption, Antara got a job as a E-commerce Trading Executive at Dyson.
What do you do in your role at work?
"I work for Dyson Nordics as the e-commerce trading executive. My responsibility in this role involves delivering the e-commerce sales by taking the ownership of profit and loss. In order to achieve the sales goal, I work extensively with the sales analytics. I keep the category, media and website experience team updated to ensure we are driving the right traffic to the site that will result in conversion or in other words, sales for us."
What is the best thing about your professional role?
The best part about my job is to work with a visionary tech company which emphasizes on freedom of experimentation and learning. Apart from this overall culture, my role needs clarity of the holistic business operation. This ever-changing dynamics of running a tech business keeps me inspired to do my regular job in analytics.
Why would you recommend a prospective student to apply for the programme you studied?
"This is my first job after graduation. I felt the international classroom in MAC helped me to blend in the international environment I am working at present. Moreover, I wrote my master鈥檚 thesis on leveraging omnichannel data to build loyal customer base for the consumer electronics industry. Coincidentally, I am working for the same industry."
