About Ewa Wikström

Ewa Wikström, Professor in Health Governance. Her research focuses on governance, leadership, collaboration, teams, communication, projects and change management in health care as well as the public and private sectors. She has also conducted studies on organisational capability with a focus on age, competence and work environment in workplaces in both the public and private sectors.

In 2015, Ewa Wikström became Professor in organization and management. She has also been Deputy Dean for educational Issues at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University 91̽»¨. In 2012-2015, she was professor in Public Health Management at the Nordic School of Public Health (NHV). In 2012-2018, she was a member of the Faculty Board at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University 91̽»¨. She is part of the steering group for CERA (Center for Research and Education on Risk Use, Addiction and Addiction) and the steering group for AgeCap (Center for Ageing and Health). She has participated in assessment groups at Vinnova and has been a project manager (PI) for several research projects funded by Swedish research councils, such as Forte. For many years, Ewa has had assignments within academia and society about sustainable leadership, change management and work environment.
