About Jenny Rendahl

Jenny has a teaching degree in home and consumer studies (HCS), a Phd in food and nutrition and work as a senoir lecture the Department of Home Economics, Gothenburg University.

Jenny´s thesis is about adolescents and their perceptions of food messages. The overall aim of this doctoral thesis is to elucidate adolescents’ perceptions of which actors that mediate messages about food, the content of these messages and how the adolescents handle these messages in their everyday life.

Jenny has been involved in 2 Erasmus + projects Learning and Digitalisation in home economics education (LEAD) och Navigating through digital challenges in Home economics Education (NAVI-HED).
