About Sofia Axelsson

Presentation

Sofia Axelsson is Chief Analyst at the Department of Political 91̽»¨. Currently working with the research project EECC (Swedish Opinions on Environment, Energy and Climate Change), financed by the Swedish Energy Agency.

Also involved in the Riksdag MP Survey 2022 led by Henrik Oscarsson and Patrik Öhberg, as well as the international research project CIVPROF led by Victor Lapuente, and the interdisciplinary project Linguistic Explorations of Societets (LES) led by Stefan Dahlberg at the Mid Sweden University.

Affiliated with the Election Studies Programme and the Quality of Government Institute.

Research areas

Climate and energy studies, democracy, corruption and quality of government, comparative survey research with a focus on linguistic and translational effects, machine learning, language technology.
