About Ulf Blossing

My research interest is school improvement and leadership. I have among other things carried out actions research projects together with schools to investigate the role of change agents, and also the actions of school leaders to improve the organizational capacity. Among theoretical perspectives I have used orgnisational development perspectives, action research, new institutional theory and Wenger's social learning theory. Other theories of interest is among others activity theory, actor-network theory.
