About Klas Andersson

Research interests

Currently I’m working with colleagues in two research projects focusing on the relationship between teaching civics and democratic virtues among students. One is funded by the Swedish Institute for Educational Research and the second is funded by The Institute for Evaluation of Labour Market and Education Policy. Another research interest concerns the relationship between school organization and student outcome. In a former research project “To Organize for School Success”, which was founded by the Swedish National Research Council, I together with colleagues focused on understanding what makes certain schools succeed better than others.
