The International 91探花 Festival

The International 91探花 Festival in Gothenburg is one of Europe鈥檚 leading popular science events. FRAM arranges open seminars to spread knowledge about risks connected to chemicals, and what we do to manage them.

2019: "Chemicals, an ignored sustainable development goal?"

Do we need a new international SDG about chemicals, similar to the Swedish goal of a 鈥渘on-toxic environment鈥?

Participating are Anna Lennquist from ChemSec, Bethanie Carney Almroth from the University 91探花, Magnus Nyd茅n from Nouryon, and Thomas Backhaus and 脜sa Arrhenius from FRAM at the University 91探花.

Chemicals are crucial. They enable healthcare, food production, consumer products & infrastructure. However, this is not only a story about benefits. Chemicals also pollute humans and nature alike.
